There are at least 3 other ex-branches of CHTC still in operation as "Physicians Hair Transplant Clinic". I looked into this because recently I was in a taxi, and on the AM radio station there was a commercial for "PHTC", and they mentioned that Dr. Puig was one of their doctors. Maybe he is moonlighting from MHR...? The other CHTC branches open as "PHTC" are Washington DC, Chicago IL, and the main office in Ohio.
The one thing that burns my toast as I search the various hair transplant websites and listen to local radio advertising about the wonders of hair transplants is the advertising. Its hard to believe that the unethical bastard doctors responsible for the WORST looking hair transplants will use catch phrases such as:
The hair transplant industry is too lucrative for the following doctors not to pop in some other area and maintain the cash flow! Watch out for the the following former CHTC doctors if you happen to see their names listed in some other hair transplant mill:
1. When you look good you feel great! 2. No more bad hair days! 3. Looks completely natural 4. Feel the freedom 5. Completely undetectable! *shakes head & slaps himself* 6. 1 or 2 surgeries is all it takes *shakes head & slaps himself again* 7. Color brochure with a y running her fingers through a mans hair & smiling! *sigh* 8. The doctors prodly proclaims himself an expert & specialist and actually states that he teaches other doctors the technique he pioneered. *The doctor may not be an MD but rather a DO or even a dentist* 9. Men with hair are more successful than bald men and have a greater earning & advancement potential! 10. Having my hair back has given me a new lease on life!
